What are you grateful for today? I am grateful for my health & many, many other things.
Practising gratitude is something I started daily in 2014 (10 years ago!). I said I would write down five things every night before I went to bed for a year.
I went out & bought a special book, made it my gratitude journal & I placed it next to my bed so I wouldn't forget.
Every night I wrote five different things. I am grateful it was sunny today ( I was living in Ireland at the time lol). I am grateful for someone helping me. I am grateful I went to the beach, I am grateful for the beach. As I started I often had much more than five things to write down.
Once you think of one thing you are grateful for, the energetic laws of the universe match it & help you attract more thoughts of gratitude.
I ended up doing it for three years, not just one because I enjoyed it so much. Filling my head up with good stuff before I went to bed helped me sleep better & wake up feeling good.
To this day I am still practising daily gratitude. I sometimes still write a list before bed & now I am always appreciative & grateful for things throughout the day.
You can only think one thought at a time. If it's a grateful thought, you are happy & your heart is open.
Feeling happy & appreciative of things around you & that you already have, is a powerful place to manifest more abundance. Try it and let me know how you get on.
