How are you? I have an early Christmas gift for you...
It’s been a while since I last wrote. Since leaving Costa Rica at the end of August, I’ve had the most amazing time traveling through Europe. My fully booked retreat in Portugal was filled with the kindest, most beautiful Souls. I also went on a 10 night cruise around the Mediterranean with the inspiring spiritual teacher Suzanne Giesemann, spent time in Ireland, & completed my 300-hour yoga teacher training during 4 transformative weeks in Italy. So many incredible & inspiring experiences have manifested for me with ease and grace, & I’ve met amazing people along the way.
I’ve now been back home in Costa Rica for 4 weeks. My wonderful Mama visited for the first time, & I’m delighted to share that my November retreat, Open Your Heart & Empower Yourself, was a huge success.
This retreat was a new creation, with new energy workshops blended with yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, manifesting & cacao ceremonies, one on one holistic wellness sessions & a lot of fun! Once again, I was blessed with the sweetest, most open-hearted Souls. I am so grateful for my guests & clients, you truly fill my heart with love & appreciation.
